1. Quantity Surveyor – Sibu / Bintulu

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.

- Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in construction field.

- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Able to travel

2. Civil Engineer – Sibu / Bintulu

- Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

- Well background in construction especially in Building and Infrastructure works

- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in civil construction

- Knowledge and skills in AutoCAD of CAD/CAM

- Problem solving capability

- Well dealt with paperwork and leading workers at site

- Responsible, reliable, honest, trustworthy and committed

- Able to work independently and as a team

- Able to travel to project site on regular basis

- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data

- Experience in project cost control

- Able to do project work planning, scheduling, and quantify project material requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
